When I was first looking for a cleaning company, I was apprehensive about having someone come into our home that I didn’t know. I talked to Sabrina and she was very up front about their security measures, as well as gave me information about types of cleaning products available to be used, cleaning lists to help guide what we wanted cleaned, time requirements, etc. Her crew has been cleaning my house bi-weekly now for over six months and she is always on top of communicating with us, the house is always clean as expected, and in great time! She always lets me know if it took less time than anticipated and only charges me for that time. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend.

My real estate agent hired Clean Reflections to do a professional clean of our home - Matt and Crystal were so thorough... it was fantastic! They worked really hard to remove some deep stains, and they were incredibly pleasant to boot! I recently hired Clean Reflections for a weekly office space cleaning in Kelowna. Matt came and did a walk through and... answered all of our questions. They provided a detailed estimate and gave information on their products, equipment, and their staffing. They are also working around our schedule and needs as things come up. We've been getting cleanings done by Clean Reflections for a while now and have never had a problem. They come on time,... they are fast but efficient, they are friendly, and do the best job of cleaning our house.
